      <image:caption>Hit a brick wall and need to refresh lessons? Together we can look over areas that your subject or grade level need a “refresh” button. This is not a “one size fits all” lesson plan. We will find what areas YOU are most comfortable in within your group. Collaboration and naturally align strategies to fit your comfort level with high cognitive demand. Together we can find small strategies that engage learners from start to end, with equal assessment of both your subject and the subject you collaborating. I will also provide follow up to see how your lesson has worked and aid in making adjustments if needed.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Do you have a lesson that just doesn’t seem to work? Maybe a skill that you dread teaching each year? Or a concept the students are not grasping ? I am more than happy to help create an Arts Integrated plan that will work. Remember, you do not need to be an expert in the subject you are collaborating in. Each of you are experts in your field. That is the beauty of integration! We can talk in person, on the phone, FaceTime, or Zoom. I will demonstrate how to align strategies from the concepts you are teaching to an Arts strategy (or visa-versa), and help come up with a lesson that will engage students. We will develop assessments based on the natural alignment both subjects and create a one of a kind lesson suited to you and your classroom needs.</image:caption>
